Global Warming is a Joke even in D.C.

January 30, 2011 · Posted in Global Colding · Comments Off

Are Obama and Gore and the eco-leftist freaks and carbon credit scammers giving up on global warming? We haven’t heard much from Gore in over a years ever since the email scandal came to light, The Carbon Trading lunacy fell apart, and Obama didn’t mention Climate Change in his SOTU speech last week.

Some say the Carol Browner resignation as Glo-bull Warming Czar is an important catalyst, and that the issue has become politically unpopular. Besides, with the weather we are having this winter, you could freeze to death in your lil’ electric car if caught in a snowstorm.

“Browner doesn’t want to be in a position where she’s going to be open to a lot of shots especially with the new Republican House and not be able to do what she wants to do because Obama’s going to be focused on reelection and running terrified of the man-made global warming issue,” ClimateDepot.com proprietor Marc Morano told CNSNews.com.

“The new political expediency is skepticism. Man-made global warming is the new butt of jokes in Washington.”

Palin Says “WTF?” to Obama’s Winning the Future

January 27, 2011 · Posted in Politically Incorrect · Comments Off

Who says Sarah Palin Doesn’t have a brain? She just changed Obama’s lame new slogan of “Winning the Future” to a shorter more meaningful acronym: “WTF.”

Seriously, don’t the Obama speech writers work these things out on paper before they put it on the teleprompter? I mean, what the f**k do they think WTF means?

Meanwhile, the Obama-bots are having a meltdown today over Sarah’s latest punk of The One.

Why Sarah Scares ‘Em So

Frank Miele examines and questions what’s so scary about Sarah:

And what exactly is it that Palin is saying that mainstream Republicans are afraid of? What is she saying that scares all establishment politicians?

When you analyze her scary ideas, they usually come down to this — a belief in individual liberty and responsibility, a belief in limited government, a belief in American exceptionalism, and a belief in a Creator.

So what part of those things is offensive or stupid? What part of that “agenda” do mainstream Republicans want to run away from?

Paul Ryan Drives for Full Repeal of Obamacare

Paul Ryan of Wisconsin spoke about the Republican plan of repeal and replace on CNN this week. Republicans want to push a patient-centered bill to replace Obamacare, keeping a promise they made to voters last year during campaigning:

The Stimulus Did Not Create Jobs

January 20, 2011 · Posted in Obamanomics · Comments Off

The stimulus that was supposed to save the country and “clean up the mess” left by the Bush administration was a bust. Poof! The money is gone and all that remains is an big hole of debt – and no jobs. That’s basically the conclusion arrived at by the House Ways and Means committee report – Democratic Stimulus is a huge failure.

In January of 2009, Christina Romer and Jared Bernstein, then President Obama’s chief economic advisors, put together an analysis predicting that the Democrats’ stimulus package would “save or create” at least 3 million jobs by the end of 2010. Similarly, Romer and Bernstein claimed that passage of the stimulus package would keep the unemployment rate under 8 percent, falling to 7 percent by the end of 2010. But since that time, the unemployment rate has remained above 9 percent for 20 consecutive months, and there are 6.8 million fewer jobs than Romer and Bernstein predicted in their now-infamous report.

Palin: I am Not Going to Shut Up

January 18, 2011 · Posted in Sarah Palin · Comments Off

Sarah Palin will not be silenced by the lefty propaganda media complex: “I am not going to shut up.”

Palin defended herself on Hannity from the blame leveled against her after a left-wing insane clown posse pothead who hated Bush and had stalked a congresswoman since 2007, shot and killed 6 people in Tuscon last week.

Obama Proving that Bush Was Right

January 18, 2011 · Posted in Barack Obama · Comments Off

While campaigning for the presidency in 2007 and 2008, Barack Obama made 501 promises, and while most were minor flippant things, the whoppers of the “hope and change” memo pledged to reverse the dastardly policies of the evil Bush/Cheney regime.

But that was then. Now that he’s president, things look different when you have access to top secret briefings. In fact, former VP Dick Cheney now say Obama has adopted the same views as the Bush/Cheney War on Terror.

Glenn Greenwald bemoans that Obama’s same-same policies:

“…create the impression that Republicans were right all along in the Bush-era War on Terror debates and Democratic critics were wrong.”

Greenwald goes on to affirm:

“But Obama’s impact in this area extends far beyond that.  Dick Cheney is not only free of ignominy, but can run around claiming vindication from Obama’s actions because he’s right.  The American Right constantly said during the Bush years that any President who knew what Bush knew and was faced with the duty of keeping the country safe would do the same thing.  Obama has provided the best possible evidence imaginable to prove those claims true.”

Just 18 Percent of Voters Like Obamacare

January 14, 2011 · Posted in Health Care Bill · Comments Off

If Barack Obama intends to run for re-election in 2012 and campaign on his laurels of passing his key piece of legislation, Health Care Reform – aka Obamacare, he better start to ramp up the positive spin. Because the only people that like this POS are the  222 unions and politically connected businesses and Congress and staff who are exempt from it.  The rest of us – looks like about 82% – who have seen our premiums increase up to 30 percent just in one year, aren’t so happy with it.

“…not being able to get even 20 percent support for your signature legislation in its current form, less than a year after it was passed, is really quite amazing. In politics, one would hope to be able to hit at least .500, but at this point Obamacare isn’t even cracking the Mendoza Line (.200).”

More Democrat Insanity

January 14, 2011 · Posted in Not Politics as Usual · Comments Off

Let’s just ban everything and be done with it.

As leftwing media still struggles mightily to connect Jared Lee Loughner with Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh (all of whom, suspiciously, have vowels in their name), the Democrats are preparing to introduce a bill which would turn Loughner’s paranoid, schizophrenic obsession into law.
