Fans of Governor Sarah Palin are placing orders online at Amazon.com and Barnes & Nobles faster than the sites can even list the book. There was an initial bookrun of 1.5 million ordered by the publisher, but that will have to be revised upwards as fans are ordering two, five, even eight copies, for themselves and to give as gifts to friends.
